Capstone Night more like 15 miutes
I feel accomplished and happy with the work I have done and the research i did, I feel I have grown in presentation giving and my academic studies. it is a wonderful releif having finish every thing. however, I am disappointed. Not with myself during my presentation but the judge who was assigned to me. I feel this woman had no idea as to what my topic was untill I presented and even then I was under the impression it would be a Q and A discussion based presentation. she asked no questions to anyone the whole time. Capstone is made to be this "big" senior research class that comes down to a huge paper and most of all a tedious presentation, I no longer believe that to be true. I believ i did every thing great, i knew my topic extremely well, i could explain anything if asked to, but i wasent. i walked in presented and walked out, it was no diffrent then presenting in class and her follow up report was so under parr its not even funny. I have no idea how this judge thought i did. she wrote 3 things on my rubric. they were :Great eye contact, great informationand content and dressed very well. I dont know what to improve or where i sliped up but obviously it wasent perfect seeing as how she gave me a 3. Im flustered because theres no explanation or criticism. She was a bad judge who is incapable of doing what is asked of her even on a basic level, and her incompetents unfortunatly reflects poorly on the capstone program. I walked in excited and eager, yet left disapointed and mifted that all my work and practice was for vertually nothing. I do not dwell on this though, I look to the future with hopes of working and interacting with competent individuals.

Good morrow fellow followers, and by that i mean that to my one good follower.
in the words of frosty the snowman " one is plenty"
thank you follower :)
my resources include a great book ive been reading by a great man named paul ekman
the book is called Emotions Revealed and tells the reader how to identify micro expressions and definse emotions that they are linked with, with these to topics the book shows how to find phisical signifiers. these signifiers can ultimatly lead to finding out someones true emotions or thoughts. i think that this book is a great help and extremely interesting, but dont take my word for it ....
also i got my inspiration from lie to me the nbc television show check it out!

Challenge
My biggest challenge right now is getting caught up. Ive missed a lot and am really far behind. i think i found a subject topic and I'm going to pursue it. however in order to do that i need to bring my self to the level of my peers and be able to keep up. when i am caught up i need to find some one who can give me good insight as to what I'm researching, ide like to do research parallel to the work of Paul Ekman, a social psychologist who led the way for studding emotions and micro expressions.
My Passions
My passions are music; animals, people, and my family. I would say my passions defy expectations in the sense that people say i have a huge heart and alot of it is for animals, especially dogs i know i would do most anything to help or save one, and in the past i have help numerous. I have listen to music a lot, Ive studied music and formed a "band"with my brother and performed in battle of the bands and got third place. I take care of my two dogs and give them my love. I'm in communication with an animal clinic with intent on setting up a job or volunteer work. I believe that we are nothing with out other people, we push ourselves to be the best in the name of competition. I'm constantly surrounded by friends and family and its important to me. i need to focus and crack down on some subject that will hold my interest for the semester and that's what I'm currently looking for.

· I believe the qualities of a successful capstone student would entail A great work ethic, perseverance, discipline, and a creative mentality.
· Assignment should be completed on time and work efficiently with the time we are blessed with.
· I will hold myself accountable by using positive reinforcement such as cookies and punishment such as staying inside when asked to go out to play with my friends.
· I expect a clean quiet place where I can research and learn slash read without being disrupted.
· I expect a wonderful thoughtful guiding teacher that can mirror a phoenix, an inspiring mystical flaming bird springing from the ashes of one’s failures to help me on my way to greatness.
· I fell this opportunity will greatly prepare and mimic the rough course college will take me though, I feel this is a chance not usually had in a high school setting and am grateful for it.
